There were still some minor competitions going on, and with the rise of the Championship Gaming Series, the local scene has gotten itself a little hyped up.

Asian Counter-Strike: Source League

The first season of the Asian Counter-Strike: Source League (ACSL), an online tournament for the whole of Asia, took place in the first months of the year. Since it was the first season, all teams were randomly placed in Divisions 1, 2 and 3, which meant that all the divisions
